Satyadasa is an ADAPT Health Coach in Functional Medicine trained at the Kresser Institute. He also leads retreats and teaches meditation at the London Buddhist Centre and secular mindfulness courses (MBCT) through Breathing Space London. He is a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order and director of Standing Body Health.
Andrew is an acupuncturist, reflexologist and tuina practitioner (Chinese Medical massage) specialising in 'therapeutic touch'. He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. He also teaches meditation at Bishopsgate Institute in London and has a particular interest in the relationship between the mind and body'
Sassirika will be helping to cater for the retreat under the ReNew Food Plan which aims at optimum nutrition and detoxification but is delicious and abundant. Her love of food came from being brought up in her parents’ restaurant and she went on to work at the Wild Cherry vegetarian café in Bethnal Green for 13 years. She is also an ordained Buddhist and has taught and supported classes and retreats.
